Everything was awesome, but they need toilet and shower bars to help everyone regardless of ability or age. I really hope they make these additions to a really nice hotel with amazing staff. They do have a wheelchair accessible room but were already booked, so we had a suite that could easily be a bit more accessible and safer.
The sheets are not even long enough to go over the mattress and kept coming off exposing the mattress and bunching up under me. Instead of getting a good night sleep I was awake and frustrated all night. I completely wasted my night there and made myself even more frustrated and tired. I am a Diamond member with Hilton but the manager didn't seem to care at all,.. " oh we added some points for you" Yup,.. no where near what the cost of a wasted night in that hotel is worth. Im at the point that Im letting go of the Hilton brand and will go back to the Marriot brand. Always get treated with respect there and the quality is just as good. I will go as far to say that I will gladly discourage people from using a Hilton. Cancel my membership cause I will be going where they actually care for the patrons.
Booked an adjoining room, but when checking in, we were told they couldn't "guarantee" one when checking in. We would have booked elsewhere because we are traveling a long distance with a young child and infant. I've never heard of a hotel with this policy.
Pool okay, breakfast good, staff very friendly. Room very shabby (ottoman and chairs faux leather peeling) and outdated. Beds very hard and not like most Hiltons we stay at.
Well this hotel was absolutely beautiful and so clean . We had been driving from Alberta to Windsor Ontario. Took our time and stayed in a few hotels along the way .

Not to mention the cleanliness of the pool was outstanding in the 2 days I was there they checked the pool personally probably 20 times !

Room booked for four only has amenities for two including stuff like towels and toilet paper!
Requested room cleaning that wasn’t completed and when followed up on it was just said “ the cleaning staff has left for the day”
